What happens in the video

- The MyDoctorSaid home screen lists recorded medical visits, grouped by month, each with the doctor's name, specialty, date and duration.
- The user opens a visit with Dr. Miguel Angel Peña-Ruiz, Internal Medicine, and taps "Tap here to ask questions about this visit".
- The "My Doctor Said…" summary shows the diagnosis, medications with no changes, new or changed medications, pending lab tests and imaging, with a button to share the summary by email or text.
- The "Ask questions about your visit" screen appears with a microphone button, "Press to speak", and suggested questions such as when the next appointment is and how to take the medications. The user presses the microphone; the app shows "Listening… tap to stop", then "Transcribing your question…".
- The app prepares its answer, reviewing the visit instructions, and offers two buttons: "Read the answer" and "Listen to the answer".

What happens to my recordings and data?
Your recordings, transcripts and summaries are tied to your account and encrypted in transit and at rest. To create the account we ask for your name, an email address and a password — no health profile, no insurance details. We never sell your health information and never use it to train AI models. Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. The app records, transcribes and summarizes visits in English and in Spanish, and the interface is available in both languages.

How do I record a doctor visit with MyDoctorSaid?
Open the app, tap "Add Visit", enter your doctor's name and specialty, tell your doctor you would like to record their instructions, and tap "Start recording". Recordings can last up to 20 minutes. When you stop, the app transcribes the visit and builds the summary automatically.
What questions should I ask my doctor during a visit?
Good questions to ask: What is my diagnosis? Which medications should I take, how often and for how long? What side effects should I watch for? What should I avoid? When should I come back, and what symptoms mean I should call sooner? With MyDoctorSaid recording the answers, you can focus on the conversation instead of taking notes.
Does MyDoctorSaid work without an internet connection?
No. MyDoctorSaid needs an internet connection to transcribe recordings, generate summaries and answer your questions, because that processing happens on secure servers rather than on your phone. Make sure you have Wi-Fi or mobile data before recording a visit.
